Your therapy investment should be clear and straightforward. Below you’ll find our current rates, the insurance plans we accept, and options for out‑of‑network reimbursement and sliding scale fees.

Rates:

• Initial intake (60 min): $225

• Individual session (60 min): $125

• Couples session (60 min): $175

• Couples session (90 min): $250

• Rates are subject to periodic change; please confirm when booking

Insurance & Out‑of‑Network:

• In‑network: We currently accept Cigna and Aetna in both Florida and New Jersey.

​

• Out‑of‑network: If your plan allows out‑of‑network mental health coverage, we provide monthly superbills itemizing your sessions. Contact your provider and ask:

          – What are my out‑of‑network mental health benefits?

          – Do I have a deductible?
          – How much does my insurance reimburse per session?
          – How many sessions are covered?

          – Is a referral or pre‑approval required?

We can provide you with the proper paperwork to help you with the reimbursement process but your reimbursement rate depends on your plan.

Although we do not accept all insurances, you can contact your insurance provider to determine if you have out of network mental health coverage. 

 

 

Reduced Fee:

​

Reduced fee services/Sliding scale is available on a limited basis.  Call to speak with someone about whether or not you might be eligible.

Payment:

Cash, check and credit cards accepted for payment. 

​

Cancellation Policy:

 

Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the entire fee for the missed session.
